Whitman Transition Advisory merges with C-Suite Impact

Whitman Transition Advisors and C-Suite Impact announced a merger to create a consulting firm with a greater suite of services under the name Whitman Advisory.

Whitman Advisory offers M&A, succession planning, operational support and talent solutions to CPA firms, private equity firms and privately held businesses. Philip Whitman, CEO of Whitman Transition Advisors, serves as CEO and co-president of the new firm. David Wolfskehl, CEO and founder of C-Suite Impact, is COO and co-president. 

“We built our legacy on bringing great people and effective strategies to the table for our clients,” Whitman said in a statement Tuesday. “With the launch of Whitman Advisory, we are better positioned than ever to build on that foundation. Our mission remains constant: to provide tailored solutions that enhance performance, focus on goals, and create a lasting impact for our clients.”

The combined firm also launched a new website.
